“ A MUST read! Hands down - the MOST underrated restaurant in this part of the city. This small restaurant was tucked away in what appears to be an old wine cellar. Cool and away from the heat, my wife and I were greeted by wholesome and friendly staff. The food was absolutely delicious, so much so that we returned multiple times over our 10 day stay. In all, we sampled over 20 dishes, and regretted nothing. After trying many different restaurants throughout Rome, we found ourselves comparing them to Guenda. With a price point that is unmatched, wholesome service, great vibe, and authentic food, we would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. ”

“ Beautiful alfresco dining opposite the Circus Maximus. They are famous for their meatballs. I should have ordered that but was feeling more like a carbonara which didn’t disappoint paired with a wonderful glass of red. I will definite come back (maybe tomorrow) to have their meatballs. The homemade tiramisu is one of the best that I have tried! Highly recommended !!! Servings are big so you could order and share with someone and have the ability to try more of their amazing offerings! Did I mention a DJ that plays good dinner music that isn’t overpowering but filled with good positive energy. ”
“ If I could give 6 ⭐I would! What a hidden gem! Off the path of the regular tourists, but they still want the traffic - and they speak English! They have WiFi. They have A/C. They have beautiful, clean, private, bathrooms WITH toilet seats (rare, trust me). The staff was super nice, suggestive without pushy, offering options and encouraging us not to over order when we didn't understand the portion sizes. The hostess was amazing, though I didn't catch her name. Also, the prices are off the tourist trap gouge- so you get a good deal ”
